Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible to be inspired of God, the infallible word of God. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” (II Timothy 3.16)
The Bible is the only God-given authority which man possesses; therefore, all doctrine, faith, hope, and all instruction for the church must be based upon, and harmonized with, the Bible.
The One True God
We believe in the one ever-living, eternal God. This one true God has revealed himself as Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and as the Holy Ghost in Regeneration of Believers.
The Bible Plan Of Salvation
John 3.5; “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”
We believe that Acts 2.38, is the New birth experience: “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” (Acts 10.44-48, Acts 19.1-6)
The Second Coming Of Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming again the second time in person, just as he went away as recorded in Acts 1; hence, the children of God today are earnestly looking forward to this glorious event. (I Thessalonians 4.15-18)
